Our book fairs are designed with age-appropriate books and book fair items to appeal to teachers, students and their parents at the preschool, elementary school and middle school levels. Our inventory includes a diverse selection of paperback and hard cover editions of fiction, non-fiction, best sellers and award winners from a variety of leading children’s publishers.

Option 1: Grow Your Library

• Offers schools a great opportunity to build their libraries
• Schools earn a generous percentage of total sales in “book profit”
• Book Profit can be taken directly off a fair, ordered from an emailed list or
  spent at our warehouse

Option 2: Cash Profit

• Offers librarians and parent groups an easy way to earn money for their fundraising needs
• Cash profit can be traded for double the amount of book profit! You decide how much cash profit to keep and how much to trade in for twice the amount of book profit
• Host a fair in September or January and earn extra book profit
• Host two Option 2 fairs in one school year and earn additional cash or book profit on the second fair

• Schedule at any time!
• Schools still receive a percentage of total sales in books
• Promote this fair as a great way for students to stock up on books for winter or summer break

We help set up your fair!
Upon delivery, our driver will work with you to help set up your book fair. Your part includes clearing the area ahead of time and providing tables.

We hand-deliver your reorders!
You may reorder books and other items throughout the course of your fair as your supplies run low. We hand-deliver your reorders! (Boxed fairs, and out of area schools, will receive reordered supplies by UPS.) In most cases, if you fax or call your reorder in by our required timeframe, you’ll receive a hand-delivered reorder the next school day.
